Below is the ‘The On-Yer-Bike’ Cycle Challenge application form. Once you have completed & sent the application form you will be linked through to our CAFOD Bank page where you can make the associated payment.

The minimum donation is £15 for 25 & and 40 routes. The minimum donationis £20 for 75 mile route. Your donation is made on the CAF Donate website after submitting your entry.
